      <content:encoded><![CDATA[Von 16 Ruderinnen wurden maximale aerobe Leistung (VO2max) und maximale anaerobe Kapazität (AODmax) während eines simulierten 2-km-Rennens mit ihrer aeroben Spitzenleistung (VO2peak) und ihrer anaeroben Spitzenkapazität (AODpeak) verglichen. Ergebnis: Der anaerobe Anteil betrug 12.3% und der aerobe 87.7%. Die durchschnittliche VO2peak, die während der letzten Minute des Rennens auftrat, war nicht sign. unterschiedlich von der VO2max.
